The Colorado Historic Newspapers Collection (CHNC) currently includes more than 500,000 digitized pages, representing 163 individual newspaper titles published in Colorado from 1859 to 1923. Due to copyright restrictions, CHNC does not generally include newspapers published after 1923.

Click the box for Scholarly (Peer Reviewed) Journals to remove non-college level articles from your results.
JSTOR has core scholarly peer-reviewed history journal articles. For best results use Advanced Search, and check the box for History journals. All of these articles are secondary sources, but sometimes primary source documents are duplicated within articles.
