EDS is a Discovery Service. It allows you to search all our databases at one time. This can be a great place to start your research because of the ease. One drawback is that you will may get a lot of hits so having a search strategy ahead of time is helpful.
Using the Everything tab will search all material we have in the library, that will include print books, eBooks, and articles. Using the Articles tab will search articles from all the databases at one time.
